On Saturday the 31st of August Sussex Swans beat Bournemouth Demons to win their first ever League title. The first half was a tight affair with the Swans narrowly ahead. This changed in the third quarter when the Swans started to pull away as a result of some nice football. This lead to a comfortable fourth quarter which allowed Sussex to seal the title in style, recording a quite decisive victory at the final whistle.
